Health therapy for myopia

My son came home from school crying, when I ask why you crying, the boy replied, "I do not plasticity". Apparently, the teacher writes on the blackboard clearly he did not clayey. I'm confused, how come, there is a problem with his eyes health, what if he got myopia, we finally did decide to meet an eye doctor.

Ophthalmologists perform health eye examinations and eye tests, the results of the tests was my child have myopia, its index of 0.75 dioptre. According to ophthalmologist, for that  index, myopia not been severe, especially for children, and there is likely to return to normal, the doctor has not prescribed eye glasses, the doctors prescribe vitamin eye and suggest to do the therapy , we finally trying to do  therapy by own method and will perform the eye test again After 3 months

Myopia in health of children, an issue which is quite alarming, many parents complain their children in school performance declined due to less obvious to see when the teacher writes on the blackboard. The reason is, children do not understand the rules of a good read, a case must be read in a fairly light, do not read while sleeping, and do not read too closely, plus more with the influence of playing computer games, watching television for too long, and fun to play Hand phone .

For health of eye, the  parents is very important to regulating the activities they child, the child is expected any activity does not increase myopia. If the child is experiencing a less severe myopia, dioptre index below 1, can still be expected to return to normal. Ophthalmologists recommend limiting children play with computers, watching television and playing hand phone, lighting is much too long could worsen myopia.
Simple therapy which I feel very good for eye health:
1. Frequently invite children to look at the vast expanse, like the ocean, mountains or see the vast sky
2. If your eyes feel tired advised to rest (sleep)
3. eye vitamin drink or eat foods that are useful for the eyes health.

After 3 months on the check again, what if no change is usually a doctor will prescribe glasses, then we just choose a nice glasses fore it, it has a lot to store  selling a good optical glasses.
